SoundSteps is a parent-led speech practice app designed to help families practise speech sounds at home.
SoundSteps stores speech recordings created during practice activities. These recordings are used to support app functionality, allow review of practice, and help improve future versions of the platform.
We do not sell speech recordings or personal information.
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers, such as hosting, database, storage or email platforms, to operate the service. These providers only process information where needed to deliver the service.
If future research or academic partnerships are introduced, we will update this policy and request appropriate consent where required.
Data is stored using secure cloud-based systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, improve the app, or meet legal obligations.
